Self-Reliance Kickboxing – Program Structure & Shirt System
At Self-Reliance Kickboxing, every member grows through a clear, structured training path with three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each level focuses on different skills, intensity, and expectations to help you build real confidence and real self-reliance over time.
To keep things simple and to help everyone know where they’re at in the journey, we use a shirt color system:
White Shirt – Beginner Program
Red Shirt – Intermediate Program
Black Shirt – Advanced Program
These colors don’t represent “talent.” They represent time, consistency, and understanding of how the gym works. Even if you're an experienced fighter, you start in a white shirt so you can learn our drills, our flow, and our style. As you show commitment, improve your skills, and become comfortable with the system, you move up.
Beginner Program – White Shirt
This is where everyone starts. The focus is on building a strong foundation: basic footwork, fundamental strikes, simple combinations, light defensive work, and gentle hands-on drills. You’ll learn the essential movements and mechanics that prepare you for the next level. Perfect for people brand new to kickboxing or returning after a long break.
Intermediate Program – Red Shirt
Once you understand the basics and show consistent effort, you move into the Intermediate Program. This level is more hands-on and technique-heavy. Expect more combinations, higher-intensity drills, stronger conditioning, deeper stretching, more kicks, more punches, and more advanced movement. It’s designed to push your skills and increase your confidence while still keeping things structured and controlled.
Advanced Program – Black Shirt
This level is for members committed to taking their striking skills further — whether for competition, real-world self-defense, or serious technical mastery. Training is more intense and scenario-based, including advanced techniques, controlled sparring, problem-solving drills, and realistic fight situations. This is where discipline, experience, and self-reliance all come together.

This membership gives you unlimited access to every class we offer, letting you sharpen technique, build power, and develop real self-reliance in your movement and mindset. Six months gives you enough time to see noticeable growth, break old limits, and create a rhythm that keeps you progressing week after week. It’s the ideal option for anyone ready to take their training seriously and transform their skillset. -
